Not surprisingly this home was on the market for only 3 days before the sellers accepted an offer for $210,000 – 2.44% more than their original asking price. The speed and success of this sale is a good indicator that our local market is hot right now!
#2: 40454 Cove Court, Plymouth, Michigan
When the homeowners listed this home with us at The Chris Knight Team, I knew right away that we would have no problems selling it quickly and for top dollar. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home was ready to move in, immaculate, and in a great location on a quiet court!
